Great Courland Villa - Booking Terms & Conditions

 

The Owners reserve the right to alter their rates at any time prior to a deposit being paid.

Making A Reservation

You can call email or Fax your enquiry. On the enquiry form, please give the dates you require, the number of people wanting accommodation, the flight on which you will arrive, (if known), and the property in which you are interested in renting. Please give your telephone number if you would prefer to discuss these details. You will be contacted, normally within 24 hours, regarding any enquiry you have made. We must first determine that the accommodation you require is available. Upon confirmation from us that property is available, and that you wish to proceed, we will ask for a deposit.

A deposit of 50% secures the property you require, with the balance becoming due 30 days prior to arrival.
A reservation is considered final only after you have confirmed the details of our arrangements and made the deposit.
Payments can be made by cheque or by BACS or CHAPS.

Cancellation

Deposits are not refundable on cancellation. The reason for this is that we work with single villa owners and, unlike a room in a large hotel, it is very difficult to re-allocate the booking if it is cancelled. Full payment must be received 30days prior to arrival and is also non refundable in the event of cancellation.

We strongly recommend you secure adequate travel insurance, which should include cover against loss of deposit or cancellation fees in most cases and under certain circumstances. This should be done at the time of booking.

Other Information

The guests must not cause annoyance to neighbours and adhere to all safety and security precautions as might be required by insurance policies covering the properties. No animals are allowed in the property. The villa furniture and effects must be left in good order as seen by property managers. Any damage incurred by the guests must be paid for prior to departure.
The villa must be vacated by midday (12:00) on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement has been agreed. Guests are advised to take out insurance to cover travel, health, death, injury or disablement, cancellation etc. as the owners can accept no responsibility for these.

Villas Tobago is only a booking office. All responsibility for the villa service staff and and running of the villa is the responsibility of the villa owners.
