Alena villa is in the popular Bon Accord area. This spacious villa
has 6 bedrooms and is divided into 2 apartments:
The complete upper floor of the villa: has 4 double
bedrooms, 3 with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms 1en-suite, and extensive
living and dining area, a well equipped kitchen and french doors which
open onto a walk around veranda. The large air conditioned master
bedroom has a small balcony and walk in dressing room There are ensuite
facilities & a single bed. Fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker,
fridge, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, dining table and chairs
crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Utility room with washing machine
and iron. Cable TV and CD/radio player.
2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor: overlooking
the swimming pool, has 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a
spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area, with a large fridge freezer,
kettle, toaster and gas cooker, private patio next to the swimming
pool and jacuzzi. There is cable TV and radio/CD player. 1
bedroom in this apartment can be booked for 1 or 2 people.

The villa is conveniently positioned
only 5 mins from the airport, but not in the flight path. It's
near to the hottest night nightclub in Tobago, close to numerous
restaurants with local food, international cuisine and fast
food and also take-away pizzas, burgers and Chinese and within
walking distance of a large supermarket, fruit stalls and mini-markets.
Included in
the rental:
Maid Service Cynthia (our manageress) will clean the apartments
and change the sheets and towels twice a week. If you would
like her to come more frequently or cook meals for you this
can be arranged at an extra cost. Baby sitting can also be arranged.
Pick up from the Airport. We will
arrange for you to be met by our manageress in Tobago and she
will arrange take you by car to the villa which is only 5 mins
away.
